360° Intralog Audit

One day on site, four weeks to report and certificate. The assessment is made by a certified industrial-truck expert, an active member of VDI Technical Committee 305 — neutral, to standard and in practice, physically on site. 114 checkpoints, each traceable to a named standard. At the end you know where you stand — and what comes first.

Three situations where the audit is the right first step

When the need to act is felt but does not yet have a name, the inventory is the cheapest entry point — for you as much as for us.

  • An inspection is due

UVV, inspection deadlines and records should hold up under scrutiny — and the gaps should be known beforehand, not afterwards.

  • Responsibility is personal

The risk assessment is yours. The audit provides a basis for it and a certificate valid for twelve months.

  • Before the next investment

Before money goes into replacements, safety equipment or a fleet system, a neutral assessment of the current state belongs in front of it.

Four weeks from order to certificate

The duration is fixed, not estimated. You tie up staff on a single day — the rest runs on our side.

  • 1

    Intro call and scope

which sites, which vehicle types, which questions should run alongside.

  • 2

    Fleet data

we take your existing lists and pre-load them into ForkX, so the day on site is spent assessing rather than typing.

  • 3

    Walkthrough

an expert assesses the 114 checkpoints on site, during live operations, with your people.

  • 4

    Analysis

traffic-light rating per point, overall score, prioritised action list with effort estimates.

  • 5

    Presentation

we walk through the report with you and hand over the certificate.

What we need from you

  • One contact person for the day on site and access to the relevant areas
  • Your existing fleet data in whatever form it is kept today — a spreadsheet is fine
  • Existing inspection and maintenance records, as far as available

The fifth area is the fleet analysis: technical condition, UVV per DGUV, utilisation, routes and driving behaviour per vehicle.

Benchmark

What we assess against

Not our own yardstick, but the legal requirements for intralogistics. That makes every measure defensible towards regulators and insurers.

  • Law and regulation

German industrial safety and occupational health law — the frame from which inspection and documentation duties derive.

  • Employers' liability association

DGUV regulations and rules, among them DGUV Regulation 68 and DGUV Rule 108-007.

  • Technical standards

The relevant VDI guidelines and DIN standards. Volker Quirin is a certified expert for industrial trucks and an active member of VDI expert committee 305.

What you hold after four weeks

  • Final report with score

A traffic-light rating per checkpoint, an overall score and a certification level — bronze, silver, gold or platinum. The score makes sites comparable with each other and over time.

  • Prioritised action list

Not everything at once, but in the order in which it pays off — with an effort estimate per measure so you can budget.

  • Certificate, valid 12 months

A dated certificate with rating level that you can present to regulators, insurers and in tenders.

  • A basis for the risk assessment

The findings are structured so they can feed directly into your risk assessment. The assessment itself stays your responsibility — we supply the substance for it.

  • One month of ForkX included

With fleet data pre-loaded. You see what continuous fleet management delivers before deciding on it.

  • And if that is enough, it is enough

Not every audit customer needs an analysis project or ForkX afterwards. If the action list is enough, the audit is a complete result — and we will say so.

The seal for the level achieved

The certificate comes with the seal for the level your site has reached.

What the audit does not do

  • The audit is an expert assessment carried out in a day. It does not replace measurement over weeks: utilisation, empty-run share and material flow can be observed in a day, but not evidenced. If your question needs a number across a period, the material-flow analysis is the tool.

  • The audit does not implement anything either. We deliver findings, assessment and prioritisation, and introduce partners where a measure needs a system — safety equipment via tbm, for example. Selecting the trades and carrying out the work remain with you.

  • And it does not derive a safety effect from our own data. An assessed checkpoint is a finding against a standard, not a statement about how many accidents it prevents.

An audit for your site

In the intro call we settle scope, date and what we need from you in advance. The call is held by the expert who will also come on site.
