TCO transparency
Real cost per vehicle instead of gut feeling, including AI-assisted receipt capture (OCR) for repairs and service.

Perspective · fleet operator
Legal uncertainty, unclear costs, no reliable statement on the condition of the fleet: the 360° Intralog Audit and the ForkX platform create transparency before it becomes a problem.
Real cost per vehicle instead of gut feeling, including AI-assisted receipt capture (OCR) for repairs and service.
Maintenance planning and UVV inspections documented centrally, inspection records retrievable at any time for audits and insurers.
One statement across the whole fleet, regardless of who built it.
AI detects patterns in utilisation and cost and proposes concrete measures, e.g. which trucks can be retired.

Use case: audit
For months your fleet manager has had an uneasy feeling about two trucks, too old, too often in the workshop. But nobody dares put that to management without numbers. If an accident happens with one of these vehicles in the meantime, not only the company is liable but, in case of doubt, management personally, if known defects can be proven. The 360° audit turns the uneasy feeling into reliable facts: age, UVV status, repair history, utilisation, in black and white, in a single day. Result: two vehicles are replaced before they become an accident, a fine or a question of liability.
Use case: telematics
An untrained night-shift employee grabs a free truck on the spur of the moment because they are short-handed; until now nobody would have noticed. That is every fleet manager's nightmare: if an accident happens, not only injuries are at stake but real legal consequences once it comes out that unqualified staff were at the wheel. With telematics, he does not even get in without an RFID authorisation. And when a manoeuvring bump does happen the next day, shock detection shows exactly when, where and on which vehicle, no gruelling hunt for the culprit, no insurance dispute without evidence.
Use case: software
At month-end ten workshop invoices pile up on the fleet manager's desk, and with every invoice the worry grows: are we burning money here without anyone noticing? Without an overview, decisions are made by gut: a vehicle is replaced that was actually still fine, another keeps running although it has long been a money pit. ForkX captures the receipts automatically with AI and shows in the dashboard which three vehicles cause the highest maintenance costs. The recommendation: replace two, keep one running, a decision based on numbers instead of gut feeling that would previously have taken weeks.
Coca-Cola, DB, Brucker, Aurubis: different industries, same starting question. Where does our fleet really stand?
Whitepapers and checklists to get started.
In the intro call we clarify which question you actually face and which of the three offers answers it. If none of them is needed, we say so.
